ASHLYN RIEBEL
MANAGER + LICENSED TITLE AGENT
Ashlyn Riebel leads Dockside Title to success with every closing. She is a Brevard native who pursued a career as a licensed title agent after graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Her extensive background in real estate and knowledge of the trade provided a fundamental head-start in her career growth. Ashlyn now leads the success of Dockside Title in Brevard County. She is excited about the growth and development happening on the Space Coast, and she enjoys participating in the community focused events and local fundraisers in her free time!
DANIELLE SHAYKA
JUNIOR CLOSER + NOTARY
Danielle Shayka, a Brevard County native that grew up in Titusville! She attended Space Coast Junior/Senior High School and went off to attend Brevard Community College. She has an extensive hospitality background and has carried that over into her position at Dockside Title! Danielle takes pride in relaying correct information amongst buyers and sellers to keep files moving towards the closing table. When she isn’t at the office you can find her at the beach with friends or hanging out with her beloved 4 legged friend!
SOPHIA CHAMBERS
BRAND MANAGER + NOTARY
Sophia’s role is dedicated to the persistent endeavor of making Dockside Title the best it can be. She is in charge of developing new and innovative ideas, in an effort to give clients the closing experience they deserve. Sophia maintains partnerships with agents that are devoted to their clients. A few fun facts about Sophia: She is a UCF Graduate, born and raised a Buffalo Bills fan, & enjoys cooking Italian for her family.
JULIA JONES

Julia stumbled upon the real estate title industry after relocating to Florida from New York. Seeing how stressful buying or selling a home can be, she has made it her main objective to assist in making the closing process as efficient and seamless as possible for all parties. With, now, multiple years of title experience, she looks forward to continuing her career development as part of the Dockside Title team.

Dana Kovacs, born and raised in Brevard County, spending much of her time growing up in Indiatantic! She graduated from Melbourne High School in 2013 and right away went into the Real Estate Industry. In 2015 she started her path in the Real Estate Title field! In her free time she can be found spending time with her family, shopping or at the beach! Dana assists new agents that are utilizing Dockside Title for the first time in their business, feel free to reach out to her for any of your Dockside Needs!

Lauren is a firm believer that high-performing agents, require an exceptional title company. She is dedicated to providing unwavering support to Space Coast agents, and ensuring their listings receive the necessary promotion. As a Florida native and a proud graduate of FSU, Lauren is married to her high school sweetheart and is a mother to two energetic boys. With decades of experience in both real estate and marketing, Lauren is always eager to discuss the #docksidedifference over a cup of coffee. When not busy being a mother, Lauren enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading.
